Bank transfer

You can complete a bank transfer from your bank account to our company’s bank account online. Alternatively, you can transfer the purchase amount in cash via cash counter. In this case, you can make the payment in the nearest bank branch by transferring funds to our bank account.

Credit Card

SOLO for Diamonds processes payments made by Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards. If the system fails to process the purchase due to credit limit excess or other reasons why the card can be declined, you will receive a notification. Your order will be canceled as well.

SOLO For Diamonds offers shipping with FedEx and UPS delivery services. The package is delivered at your doorstep and is insured for customer protection. Terms of shipping usually fall in line with FedEx and UPS terms and do not exceed 7 days. Please note that our company takes 24 hours to confirm your order.

As some parts of items represented on our website (e.g. stones) may be in stock located at manufactures, this may hinder terms of delivery. For some items, it might take up to 15 days to be delivered to your doorstep depending on your location. Our company will inform you about all possible delays when you make the order.

To ensure customer protection, SOLO For Diamonds always provides insurance of all items that are to be shipped, as well as registers them for their full value. Please note that our company does NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses – only physical business or home addresses are considered valid for delivery. Delivery services also require an adult to sign for the delivery upon receiving the package.

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs taxes and procedures. SOLO for Diamonds shall not be held responsible for customs delays and has no say in customs taxes.

Our company’s standard delivery term is 7 to 10 business days for all of your ordered items. It is necessary to note that factors beyond our control like weather conditions, customs delays, courier delays and incorrect shipping details may result in delayed delivery of your purchased products.
