SOLO for Diamonds provides a 3-year warranty on jewellery.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

hidden defects caused by the manufacturer;

repair of jewellery elements provided they are intact (if an insert is lost, the buyer pays for a new one);

professional cleaning and polishing of jewellery.
WHAT CASES ARE COVERED BY PAID SERVICE?
SOLO for Diamonds provides repair services for an additional fee in cases of damage resulting from failure to follow the rules of use or mechanical impact:

change in the shape of the product;

damage to decorative elements;

loss of inserts or decorative elements.
TO PERFORM WARRANTY REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OR FREE SERVICE, YOU NEED TO:
- Contact our manager info@solofordiamonds.com.
- Have with you the delivery note or cash register receipt with the date of sale, the jewellery tag, and a document proving the identity of the buyer.
- Send the product for examination. Only a CERTIFIED SPECIALIST can determine whether the warranty applies.
- Provide your contact details to a SOLO for Diamonds representative for feedback.
- After the jewellery has been examined, a SOLO for Diamonds representative will contact you and inform you of the results of the examination
